Letter of appreciation "Shannon, I would just like to confirm to you the positive results I have seen since we started the monthly staff massage programme last year. Probably the best part of the programme is that every month it is reinforced to the staff that their efforts are appreciated. Annual Incentives or gifts are usually forgotten with a few weeks.
