Shannon has a Diploma in Remedial Massage, a Diploma in Remedial Therapies, and a Certificate IV of Massage.

Shannon draws upon her varied skills to provide her clients with a truly holistic treatment.  During sessions she often uses Energetic Healing combined with Massage and Trigger Points to help her clients achieve their unique goals. Shannon believes that prevention is better that cure and encourages her clients to maintain the simple stretches and exercises she provides for them as part of their treatments.
